OMSAR Strengthens Collaboration with AUB to Engage Young Talent in Public-Sector Reform

For the second consecutive year, the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR) participated in the Employer–Student Orientation Meeting for the 2027 cohort of the Career Readiness Program at the American University of Beirut’s Suliman S. Olayan School of Business.

Through this collaboration, one competitively selected student will join OMSAR for a six-month placement, contributing to administrative reform initiatives and applying business knowledge and skills to support innovation, improve performance, and deliver measurable results.

This engagement reflects OMSAR’s commitment to creating opportunities for emerging talent and strengthening collaboration with academic institutions. By connecting learning with real public-sector challenges, the partnership creates space for fresh perspectives and practical contributions to institutional development and public value.
