A meeting was held at the Behavioral Insights and Innovation Lab (BIND-Leb) of the Ministry of State for Administrative Reform between the Digital Transformation Unit and the Government Employees Cooperative to discuss the digitalization of the Cooperative’s services and the development of a new website to improve access to its services and enhance efficiency.
The meeting also explored ways to strengthen the Cooperative’s workforce through short-term positions facilitated through the Matchmaking platform, helping address its operational needs and reinforce its capacity.
The meeting is part of ongoing efforts to advance digital transformation and improve public services, making them more efficient, accessible, and responsive to citizens’ needs.
