General Description: Backlog scanning of the Intellectual Property hard copy documents
Objective: The large number of paper transaction files stored at the IPR unit, is increasing, leading to hard management and storage of those hard copy paper documents. Hence, there is a need to scan those files in order to provide the IPR with an electronic version easier to store and manage.
Transforming the Intellectual Property Rights paper documents (totalling to around 3.6 Million papers) to electronic easy to access documents. The archived backdated documents covers fifteen (15) past years (documents dating back to 2003) of 150,000 transaction files.
