Chidiac discusses with Khashan ways to support the Association of Banks to the Ministry

The minister of State for Administrative Reform May Chidiac held a meeting with the representative of the Association of Banks in Lebanon, Mr. Bishara Khashan, and the Director of the contracting company, in order to implement the E-training program run by the Office funded by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development IQUAD Mr. Fadi Abdel Khalek. The participants discussed the objectives set for the program and the success achieved by completing the training of 1,500 public sector employees in topics related to management skills and information. They discussed with Mr. Khashan the support that should be provided to the program, which serves the objectives of the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Development in developing the knowledge and behaviour of the employees of the departments and public institutions, and in keeping with the efforts of the office to implement the strategy of digital transformation. In this context, the office will be provided with a training material developed by the Association of Banks entitled "Information Security" which will be provided to public sector employees enrolled in the second phase of the program through the training portal established by the office. The two sides also discussed the importance of the cooperation and exchange of experiences in the field of human resources development.
