Project of law for the development of directorates for human resources in public administrations
Scope:
The Project aims at introducing a culture of human resources management and development to the public administrations in conformity with the developments that were introduced to the concepts and principles that sponsor the management and development of these resources considering them the key that drives the administration and works towards achieving its objectives. In this regard, it is necessary to update the relevant legislation and regulations and to go beyond the traditional role of the administrative units in the ministries and public administrations concerned with the personnel’s affairs and their mandated tasks.
